Q. Do you have an outdoor bath?
A. At Tokiwaya we do not have an outdoor bath. However, we would love for you to try out our large 1000-person hot spring.
Q. Can you tell me the times during which we can use the 1000-person spa and the child-raising & healing hotspring?
A. For men you can use the 1000-person hotspring and women can use the healing hotspring from 2pm to 9pm at which time the male and female baths are switched. So, men and women can use the other bath from 9pm until 9:30am the next morning.
Q. Is it possible to simply visit and have a bath without staying overnight?
A. Our hotsprings are only available for our overnight guests.
Q. Where can we eat our meals?
A. There is a special dining area for meals with 12 rooms and a large hall.
Q. What time does dinner start and what is the latest possible starting time at which we can be served?
A. When you check in you can choose to have your dinner from 6pm or 6:30 pm. Our meal service concludes at 8:30pm. During our busiest hours we may serve your meals in the large hall where groups will be divided using screens.
Q. Do you have a children's menu?
A. Yes we do.
Q. Do you have meals catering to those with allergies?
A. If you let us know beforehand we will gladly respond to your request.
Q. Is it possible to order locally-brewed sake?
A. For special types of saké please make your request in advance.
Q. What times are check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in is from 2pm and check-our is up until 10am.
Q. Is it possible to request a late check-out?
A. There is a charge for late check-out.
Q. Is it possible to stay at your inn with a pet.
A. We do not allow pets. We do have a covered parking lot so you can keep your pets there or in your cars but they are your own responsiblity.
Q. Is there access to the internet?
A. In the lobby there is wireless LAN capability. (please bring your own laptop)
Q. Can we use credit cards?
A. Most credit cards are accepted. (There are some exceptions)
Q. Is it possible to leave our bags with you after check out and leave our car parked?
A. Basically yes, but please contact us if you wish to make such requests.
